Minty Mushroom Soya Biryani is an one pot meal which you can make for your weekday mornings and can pack it in your Lunch Box. This delicious Biryani flavoured with Pudina and everyday spices will surely satisfy your taste buds. Addition of Soya makes it even more nutritious, as Soya is high in protein. You can soak the rice for 2 to 3 hours beforehand, so that it takes less time to cook.

Along with the Biryani, we have packed a Beetroot Gajar Mooli Salad and Curd. They make the food filling and the Biryani tastes great when had with rice. We have packed Sliced Banana and Chikoo also with the meal, so that you can eat in between your meals whenever you feel hungry.
