Indian Radish and Beetroot Salad Recipe is a very simple recipe, made with root vegetables - carrot, radish and beetroot. tossed in simple fresh flavour of lemon juice and green chilies and a little bit of crunch from some roasted peanuts.

    2 Mooli/ Mullangi (Radish), grated
    2 Beetroots, grated
    2 Carrots (Gajjar), grated
    3 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali)
    2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
    2 teaspoons Lemon juice
    Salt, to taste
