Melon Salsa Recipe
Melon Salsa is a wonderful fruity twist on the traditional Mexican Salsa recipe. Since, melons are found in abundance in summers and are known for its cooling properties, this recipe makes for an amazing summer evening time snack. It is loaded with fruits, making it a healthier option for kids for their after school snack.

Equipment used- large bowl
- 1 cup Honey dew melon , cut into cubes
- 1 English Cucumber , cut into cubes
- 1 Onion , finely chopped
- 1 Green Chilli , finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Salt , as required
