Nolen Gur Panna Cotta Recipe is a twist to the traditional Italian Panna Cotta which is rather prepared with vanilla, milk and cream. This recipe is made with fresh dates jaggery. This decadent dessert can be flavored as per your choice and is usually served topped with fresh fruits and sweet dessert sauces. I wanted to give it some Indian flavour to the regular panna cotta and tried this fusion dessert. Fresh dates jaggery is commonly known as Nolen Gur in Western part of India specially West Bengal. Nolen gur is available only during winter months when we try various recipes.

The thick creamy pudding texture of panna cotta blended superbly with the date jaggery flavor. A must try for everyone who wants to explore international desserts with Indian flavors!
