  • 300 grams Brussel sprouts
  • 3 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mixed Herbs (Dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How to make Pan Fried Brussel Sprouts Recipe

  1. To begin making Pan Fried Brussels Sprouts Recipe, clean the brussels sprouts and cut them into halves and keep aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add the finely chopped garlic cloves and saute until the oil becomes fragrant.

  3. Add in the brussels sprouts and let it char on one side, this will take around 5 minutes.

  4. Now, flip over and let the other side char the similar way.

  5. Add in the pepper powder, mixed herbs, season with garlic salt and mix well.

  6. Saute for another 5 minutes on medium heat and switch off the flame.
