- 300 grams Chicken breasts , cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup Pineapple , cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Thai Yellow Curry Paste
- 1 Onion , sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic , chopped
- 1 inch Ginger , chopped
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 sprig Basil leaves
- Salt , to taste
- 1 pinch Sugar

To begin making the Pineapple and Chicken Curry Recipe, heat a pressure cooker with oil, add onions, ginger and garlic. Saute until it softens.
Add chicken, salt and the yellow curry paste and saute for 5 minutes. Slowly pour in the coconut milk and drop in the pineapple chunks and pressure cook for about 1 whistle and switch off the heat.
Allow the pressure to release by itself. Open the lid and add basil leaves and serve.
