  • 1 cup Raw papaya , grated
  • 2 Carrot (Gajjar) , grated
  • 1 Apple , sliced to julienne
  • 3 tablespoon Raw Peanuts (Moongphali) , pound
  • 1 Green Chilli , chopped
  • 2 sprig Mint Leaves (Pudina) , chopped
  • For the Dressing
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt , to taste

  1. To begin making the Raw Papaya, Apple & Carrot Salad Recipe, keep all the vegetables and fruit ready for the salad.
