To begin making the Baby Corn and Green Peas Sabzi Recipe, firstly pressure cook the baby corn with salt and turmeric powder for about 3 whistle. Release the pressure naturally and strain the water.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add the mustard seeds, hing and let the mustard seeds crackle.
Once it crackles, add in the curry leaves and saute it for about 20 seconds.
After 20 seconds, add the onions, ginger and green chillies and saute till the onions are golden brown. Add the Baby Corn, Peas along with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, crushed cumin seeds, garam masala powder and salt.
Stir fry till the raw smell goes away. This will take about 3 to 4 minutes.
Once done, add in the chopped coriander leaves, give it a stir and it is ready to be served.
