Gajar Lauki Juice is a healthy juice made from raw bottle gourd (lauki) and raw carrots. The lauki juice is a great way to help detox and feel refreshed at the start of the day. You can make this juice in a juicer or a blender. If you do make it in a blender then you can either choose use drink it along with the pulp or strain the pulp as well.

1 Bottle gourd (lauki), peeled and diced

2 Carrots (Gajjar), roughly chopped

Instructions for Gajar Lauki Juice Recipe - Bottle Gourd Carrot Juice

To begin making the Gajar Lauki Juice Recipe, blend all the ingredients including bottle gourd, carrots, ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice, salt, honey in a blender until smooth, adding 1 cup of water to make a fine puree.

Transfer to a decanter, add 2 more cups of water, add more or less to suit your desired consistency.

Adjust the salt levels to your taste and stir.

Serve the Lauki Juice Immediately. Serve Gajar Lauki Juice on its own or for breakfast along with Spicy Jalapeno Scrambled Eggs and Bread Toast.

Note:

The Lauki Juice is best had early morning to help detox.

Alternatively: You can use a juicer to extract the juice from the carrots and gourd, but the pulp value is lost and you will have to use a lot more of the gourd and carrot to get the desired quantity.
