    Kale, or spinach, a bunch, chopped
    2 tablespoons Cranberries
    100 tablespoons Blue cheese, crumbled
    2 Whole Eggs
    200 ml Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
    Salt and Pepper, to taste
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
