To complete the meal we have added a Beetroot, Carrot & Cucumber Salad with Peanuts along with a spicy Maharashtrian Green Chilli Thecha. You can also add any Indian salad with this meal to make it more nutritious. In summers, you can also add a bowl of curd or a raita of your choice to beat the scorching heat.
Some Raita options are Tomato Onion Cucumber Raita, Lauki Raita, Palak Raita, Mooli Raita, Boondi Raita etc.
