The Kosambari is a simple South Indian Style Salad which is a combination of avarekalu beans, sweet corn and tossed with freshly grated coconut, green chilies, onions, soaked moong dal and coriander leaves. To spice up the dosa, we have added a chutney which is sweet and sour in taste.
You can add a cup of Masala Tea or Filter Coffee to this meal. If you prefer fruits for breakfast, you can skip the kosambari and add some sliced fruits of your choice to this Breakfast meal plate.
