Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach Leaves (Palak) , chopped
  • 1 Carrot (Gajjar) , peeled and chopped
  • 1 Apple , cored
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 4 sprig Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 inch Ginger , finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Flax seed powder (flax meal)
  • 2 tablespoons Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
  • 3 Ice cubes

How to make Spinach, Apple and Carrot Smoothie Recipe

  1. To begin making the Spinach, Apple and Carrot Smoothie Recipe, add all the ingredients like the spinach, carrots, mint, ginger, oats, honey and flax seeds powder into a bender and blend well with very little water to get a smooth paste. 

  2. Once all the ingredients have blended well then add some more water to make a smooth smoothie. You can optionally add some yogurt as well if you like to make the smoothie.

  3. Once the smoothie is ready transfer it into the serving glass with ice cubes in it and serve chilled.

Note: Make sure that all the raw ingredients are cleaned and washed thoroughly, not leaving any dust and grime behind as juices are best consumed raw.
