Sweet & Spicy Mustard Salad with Potatoes, Apples, and Walnuts

This salad that has the perfect combination of soft cooked potatoes, freshly chopped apples and crunchy walnuts and generously tossed in Sweet and Spicy Mustard Dressing.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Baby potatoes , boiled and cut into half
  • 1 Onion , thinly sliced
  • 1 Apple , cubed
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup Veeba Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
  • Basil leaves , chopped
  • Salt , to taste

Directions for Sweet & Spicy Mustard Salad with Potatoes, Apples, and Walnuts

  1. To begin making the Salad, wash and pressure cook the baby potatoes using a pressure cooker for 2 whistles until it is soft. Allow the pressure to release by itself.

  2. Peel, cut the potatoes into half and refrigerate to cool.

  3. Add the boiled potatoes and all the ingredients into the same bowl.

  4. Toss the salad along with the Veeba honey mustard dressing and check for seasoning and adjust according to your palate and serve chilled.
