- 4 Tomatoes , quartered
- 1 Onion , thinly sliced
- 2 Green Chillies , cut lengthwise
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)

How to make Tamatar Pyaz Ki Sabzi Recipe -Tomato Onion Sabzi
To begin making the Tamatar Pyaz Ki Sabzi, first prep all the ingredients and keep them ready.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat and allow it to crackle. Once it crackles, add the curry leaves, onion, green chillies and garlic. Saute the onions until they become slightly soft.
Once soft, add the tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
Add just a little water and cover the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles and turn off the heat.
Once the pressure released, check the salt and spices in the Tamatar Pyaz Ki Sabzi and adjust to suit your taste.
