To begin making the Tomato Basil Chicken Curry Recipe, heat olive oil over medium heat in a saucepan.
Add chopped garlic and saute till they become soft. And add onions and saute them as well till they turn translucent.
Add chopped carrot, sprinkle some salt and toss well. This will help to cook the vegetable faster.
Once the carrot is half cooked, drop in the chicken pieces and give it a mix and saute for about couple of minutes. So not cook for a longer time as the chicken will dry out soon.
Add tomato puree, dried seasonings like dried rosemary, thyme, cumin powder and paprika powder and give it mix.
