  • 3/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped finely
  • 4 Green Chillies
  • Salt , to taste

How to make Uttarakhand Mooli Thechua Recipe (Radish Salad)

  1. To begin making Uttarakhand Mooli Thechua Recipe (Radish Salad), with the help of a blender or in an ammikallu, grind add fresh coriander, green chillies and salt until they become like a paste.
