Potatoes are filled with various phytonutrients which prevents cell damage, helps in digestion, good for heart health, blood pressure and even cancer prevention. Most kids love potatoes and its easy to make a nice sandwich that is filled with the goodness of potatoes in their lunch box. You can boil and keep the potatoes in the fridge in airtight containers the previous night so it is easier to make these grilled potato sandwiches in the mornings. Pack them with a bowl of fresh fruits.

Vegetables Semiya Upma & Coconut Chutney

Vegetable Semiya Upma is a quick and healthy mouthwatering dish that you can make in a jiffy on a rushed mornings. You can add any vegetables of your choice to make it more healthy. To make your morning cooks more breezy prep the vegetables that you require the previous night. Pack it with a coconut chutney or any of your kids favourite chutney.

Falafel and Humus Wrap & Salad

 It is important to include legumes in your child's diet and one way to do that is make a falafel and humus wrap. A classic hummus is both delicious and satisfying. Best of all, it's whipped up in seconds in a blender or food processor. Making these wraps take a little bit of prep work. Soak and cook the channa the previous night.
