  • 10 Dry Red Chillies
  • 4 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Whole Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 10 cloves Garlic

How to make Kundapur Taal Masala Powder Recipe - Mangalorean Garlic Chilli Powder

  1. To begin making the Mangalorean Kundapur Taal Masala Powder Recipe, heat a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds. Roast them for a few seconds until you can smell the aromas coming through.
