To begin making Mexicano Chocolate Æbleskivers Recipe, take a big bowl add the melted butter and sugar and whisk till the sugar is melted.
Add the egg and whisk well.
Add the all purpose flour, oatmeal flour, unsweetened cocao, cinnamon, sea salt, cayenne pepper and mix well.
Add the milk and whisk it to a pourable pancake mix consistency.
Add in the vanilla extract, dark chocolate chips and fold in gently.
Now, heat the paniyaram pan, brush it with little butter on each cavity.
