  • 1/2 cup Foxtail Millet
  • 1 Mango (Raw) , peeled and chopped
  • 2 Cucumbers , peeled and chopped
  • 1 Mooli/ Mullangi (Radish) , finely chopped
  • 1 Onion , finely chopped
  • 1 Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • Salt , to taste
  • Black pepper powder , to taste

How to make Healthy Foxtail Millet Raw Mango & Vegetable Salad Recipe

  1. To begin making the Healthy Foxtail Millet Raw Mango & Vegetable Salad Recipe, we will first cook the foxtail millet.

  2. In a sauce pan; add in the millets along with 1 cup of water. Bring the millets to a boil, then turn the heal to low.

  3. Cover the pan and allow the millets to cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until all the water is absorbed and the millets are cooked. You can also cook the millets in the pressure cooker to speed up the cooking process. The millets should be grainy at the end of the cooking process.
