The Thai yellow curry paste is made from the scratch by using fresh ingredients like lemon grass, ginger, garlic, yellow bell peppers, coriander seeds, coriander leaves, red chillies to create a wonderful and flavourful paste. The paste can be made in big quantity and stored containers and can be used later whenever you feel like having a Thai Meal. 

The curry is then swerved with a simple herbed rice to get a wonderful taste as you eat. In order to keep your meals healthy and nutritious we have also paired it up with some steamed vegetables by the side. Steaming is a better way to cook the vegetables as it will retain the nutrients.
