To begin making the Thai Style Sweet And Sour Cucumber & Carrot Salad Recipe, In a small bowl, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, red chili flakes, honey and salt. Keep it aside.
Peel the carrots and cut the edges of the cucumber.
