To begin making the Thai Style Sweet And Sour Cucumber & Carrot Salad Recipe, In a small bowl, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, red chili flakes, honey and salt. Keep it aside.
Peel the carrots and cut the edges of the cucumber.
Attach the thick slicing blade into the food processor. Add the cucumber into the spout. Turn on the preethi zodiac to make thick slices. Transfer the sliced cucumbers into a bowl.
