To begin making No Onion No Garlic Chinese Bhel Recipe , boil the noodles in a saucepan with hot water, a little oil and a pinch of salt. Cook the noodles till half done.
In a saucepan, add oil and then add French beans and carrot strips and saute for 2 minutes. Now add green capsicum strips and again saute for 2 minutes.
Add cabbage strips, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, and salt, mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.
Keep this mixture aside.
Deep fry the boiled noodles until golden brown, or air-fry them and once it gets to room temperature, crumble them using your hands.
Now add these fried noodles into the vegetable mixture and again saute for a couple of minutes.Garnish Chinese Bhel with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
